YOU’RE ON THE AIR: HOW TO MAKE IT IN
VOICE-OVERS
Successful voice-over artist, Lisa Foster, will introduce students to the voice-over business, focusing on opportunity, technique, income potential, demo reels and how to have reels produced. Students will have the opportunity to apply learning via practice recordings and to critique their results. This is a business with practically no overhead!
Instructor: Lisa Foster has been the voice for many well-known companies, working in video games, corporate training and TV and radio ads.

This three-part series will teach you the essential elements of webpage development, covering HTML, CSS and JavaScript. In
the first course, HTML and CSS will be discussed, explored and applied. The second course will consider the essential components of JavaScript, including variables, arrays, loops, events and functions. The third course will explore more advanced elements of JavaScript control, including advanced use
of functions, event control, array processing and DOM manipulation. An introduction
to front-end web UI frameworks will also be explained and demonstrated. No previous experience of these technologies is necessary.
Instructor: Eya Badal is a software engineer working on an advanced degree in engineering.
Class Requirements: Tablet or laptop with USB port and internet capability
